Job Description

About Homeaglow

Homeaglow is a fast-growing marketplace connecting homeowners with top-rated cleaning professionals. We are fully remote, lean, and direct-response obsessed. Paid acquisition is the engine behind our growth, and we are assembling the team to take it much further.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement & Attribution

  • Own and continuously improve Homeaglow’s marketing measurement infrastructure, including multi-touch attribution models, media mix modeling (MMM), and incrementality studies.
  • Ensure that every significant spend decision is backed by a clear understanding of true channel contribution — not just what the platforms report.
  • Maintain and improve data sharing and tracking integrations with ad platforms and third-party tools, and build monitoring to catch signal degradation before it affects decisions.

Reporting & Visibility

  • Create and maintain reporting of marketing KPIs, including full-funnel conversion analysis, CAC trends, and channel-level performance.
  • Build dashboards and tools that give channel managers and leadership clear, timely visibility into what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Synthesize complex data into concise, actionable summaries — you are not just a data provider, you are an interpreter.

Experimentation

  • Design and run incrementality tests, geo lift studies, and holdout experiments that give us ground truth on channel performance beyond what last-click attribution can tell us.
  • Partner with performance and lifecycle marketers to increase the volume and rigor of experiments they run, including building self-service tools that reduce the analyst bottleneck.
  • Document experiment designs, results, and learnings clearly so insights compound across the team over time.

Growth Targeting & Finance Partnership

  • Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead to set growth targets, including quantifying supply and demand at a market level.
  • Work with Finance to translate marketing operational metrics into financial metrics, align on budget targets, and build models that connect spend to acquisition volume, CAC, and customer value.

AI, Automation & Scale

  • Leverage AI-powered development environments to automate recurring reporting, build internal analytics tools, and enable marketers to self-serve on data access and analysis.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to scale your impact beyond what manual effort allows — automate the repetitive, and focus your judgment on the decisions that matter.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in business or marketing analytics, with direct experience working alongside media buyers and financial stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of measurement techniques — attribution, MMM, incrementality testing — and when to apply each.
  • Track record of improving marketing measurement in ways that demonstrably improved spend efficiency.
  • Track record of increasing the velocity and quality of experiments run by marketing teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Engineering.
  • Fluent in Python; strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with website funnel analytics and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written communication — in a remote company, this is non-negotiable.

Perks and Benefits

  • Health insurance fully covered by the company.
  • Parental leave
  • Flexible / unlimited PTO policy.
  • Cleaning membership perk – Free Homeaglow membership with complimentary cleanings. Enjoy up to 2x cleanings a month, capped at $200 USD per cleaning.
  • 2 company offsites per year
