We are a digital marketing agency based in New Jersey specializing in local SEO and web design for home service contractors, electricians, builders, roofers, carpenters, and similar trades. We've maintained 95%+ client retention over 3 years by doing work that actually moves the needle, not churning out fluff reports. We're a small, lean team where your work directly impacts real businesses.

The Role

This is a hands-on SEO position, both strategy and execution. You'll own the SEO process alongside our other Senior SEO across approximately 13-15 active clients, from keyword research and content creation to on-page optimization and Google Business Profile management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and executing local SEO strategies for home service businesses across New Jersey
• Writing service pages, town/location pages, and blog content that ranks, in your own words, not copy-pasted AI output
• Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles including posts, categories, and NAP consistency
• Conducting keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis using SEMrush
• Building and maintaining hub-and-spoke content architecture (town hub pages linked to service pages and location pages)
• Monitoring performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics & SEM
• Working in WordPress with Elementor to create and edit pages
• GBP Posts
• Communicating directly with the agency owner on client priorities and strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, local SEO experience is required, not optional
• You can write clean, natural English content without relying on AI to do it for you. AI tools are fine for efficiency but you need to be able to write, edit, and think independently
