Sales Representative for Med Spa Marketing Agency

Aesthera Marketing is a marketing agency built specifically for med spas and aesthetic practices. Backed by 14 years of agency experience, we help aesthetic practices fill their calendars and grow revenue through SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and full-funnel marketing built for their industry.

The role

This is an outbound-led, full-cycle sales role focused entirely on the aesthetic industry. You'll spend most of your week generating your own pipeline — cold prospecting by email, phone, LinkedIn, and Instagram DM — then nurturing those leads, building proposals, and closing.

This is a hybrid role: you'll work remotely most of the week with one day per week in person at our Pasadena office, collaborating with the team on strategy. You'll need to be within commuting distance of Pasadena, CA.

What you'll do

• Run consistent outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and Instagram DM to med spas and aesthetic practices
• Identify and qualify the right practices, book discovery calls, and manage a full sales cycle to close across our service lines
• Lead consultative discovery calls that surface a practice's real business and marketing pain, then connect it to a specific solution
• Build and send proposals, and follow up persistently until you get a yes or a clear no
• Handle inbound leads when they come in
• Keep HubSpot accurate and current
• Handoff new clients to the delivery team, and brief the team (via Slack and pre-kickoff) on the practice's business, needs, and what you sold them

What we're looking for

• A proven cold-outbound track record
• 2+ years in sales, ideally selling digital marketing or services to business owners
• Strongly preferred: experience in the med spa, aesthetics, or healthcare space – you understand how practice owners and medical directors think and buy
