REMOTE SALES & GROWTH SPECIALIST

Avenir Pilates

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located near an Avenir Pilates studio)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Owner / Studio Leadership Team

ABOUT THE ROLE

Avenir Pilates is seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales & Growth Specialist to

support the growth of multiple studio locations by converting leads into introductory

appointments, increasing show rates, recovering missed opportunities, and driving membership

conversions.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional

client experiences, and helping people take the first step in their wellness journey. The

successful candidate will become an extension of our studio teams, serving as the first point of

contact for many prospective clients while helping maximize revenue opportunities across all

locations.

While this position offers remote flexibility, candidates located near an Avenir Pilates studio are

preferred and may have opportunities to assist with studio events, community outreach, and

in-person initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Management & Appointment Setting

  • Respond to all new inquiries generated through digital marketing, website submissions, referrals, social media, events, and community partnerships.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone, text message, and email to schedule introductory sessions.
  • Execute outbound call campaigns designed to increase introductory bookings.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who have not yet booked an appointment.
  • Manage daily lead activity and ensure timely response standards are met.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly appointment booking goals.

Guest Recovery & Show Rate Management

  • Contact all guests who miss scheduled introductory sessions.
  • Identify attendance barriers and provide solutions to help prospects rebook.
  • Execute structured follow-up campaigns to improve studio show rates.
  • Maintain communication with prospects until they schedule, enroll, or opt out.

Membership Conversion Support

  • Follow up with guests after introductory sessions who have not yet enrolled.
  • Educate prospective members on membership options, benefits, and studio offerings.
  • Support promotional campaigns, special events, and membership initiatives.
  • Assist studio teams in converting prospects into recurring members.

Reactivation & Retention

  • Re-engage inactive leads and former clients.
  • Execute win-back campaigns targeting past guests and former members.
  • Identify opportunities to reconnect individuals with the Avenir Pilates community.
  • Support retention initiatives designed to improve long-term membership growth.

Client Experience

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized experience aligned with the Avenir Pilates brand.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Represent Avenir Pilates with enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional communication.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate records within company systems, including CRM and client management platforms.
  • Track daily outreach activity, appointments booked, show rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding lead quality, sales opportunities, and operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of sales, appointment setting, customer service, or membership salesexperience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience in boutique fitness, Pilates, wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, text communication systems, and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience with Mariana Tek, LoyalSnap, HubSpot, Mindbody, or similar software.
  • Located within driving distance of an Avenir Pilates studio.
