Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and oversight of a major brand activation and public-facing launch event. This temporary contract role will lead all outreach initiatives, including but not limited to: guestlists, panelist selections, sponsorship opportunities, promotional efforts, and event logistics. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries and will oversee day-of operations with support from an on-site team.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activation.
• Manage all event-related outreach, including invitations, RSVP tracking, guest list development, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and logistics for panelists and guest speakers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain event timelines, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and vendor deliverables.
