The Role

Despite the title, this is NOT a sales role.

The Partner Growth Coordinator is a partner-facing fulfillment role that works closely with our Partner Growth Leads (PGLs). You’ll help keep partner work organized, communicated, and executed on time by supporting meeting logistics, documentation, project coordination, reporting setup, and internal follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Partner meeting + communication support

• Attend partner meetings via Zoom with your assigned PGL; take clear notes and capture action items, decisions, and commitments for all parties.
• Assist with partner communication by drafting and organizing emails and follow-ups (with guidance and review as needed).

Project coordination + fulfillment execution support

• Serve as logistical support for your PGL regarding the execution of fulfillment work for our client-partners.
