Role Description

: We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Brand & Social Media Manager to join our in-office team in Park City. This person will be the steward of the Root'd brand across all platforms, working closely with our designers to bring their projects to life through compelling content. From on-site shoots to website updates, you will shape how the world sees Root'd, and help tell the stories behind the spaces we create.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram and other platforms, including Reels, posts, Stories, and templates
• Attend photoshoots and capture on-site content to authentically showcase projects and designers
• Manage and maintain ongoing content series (such as "Who Are You," "Sight for Sore Eyes," and more)
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages across all platforms
• Research new and emerging platforms to keep Root'd ahead of the curve
• Analyze post and campaign performance to identify what resonates and why

Brand & Design

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all content, platforms, and client-facing materials
• Design and maintain company templates, media packets, and collateral
• Collaborate with designers to highlight completed projects in ways that reflect both their vision and the Root'd aesthetic

Website Management

• Maintain and update the Root'd website (Squarespace experience required)
