Job Description

Ward Co Event Services is looking for a dependable virtual assistant with basic marketing experience to help with a variety of small business tasks each week. This is a flexible, work-from-home position. Complete the work whenever it fits your schedule—as long as tasks are completed on time and you're responsive.

Examples of tasks include

  • Sending introductory emails to potential customers
  • Following up with online inquiries
  • Finding local vendor pricing or researching products/services
  • Managing our Google Business Profile
  • Posting to Facebook (about 1 post per week—we provide the photos and content)
  • Staying active in a few Facebook industry groups and responding when opportunities come up
  • Running and monitoring simple Facebook and Google ads
  • Other small administrative or marketing tasks as needed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is organized, reachable, and accountable
  • Has basic experience with Facebook, Google Business Profile, and basic online marketing
  • Can work independently without being micromanaged
  • Is familiar with the Atlanta area and local events (preferred)

Pay

$250/week (1099) Hours: Approximately 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to grow if it's a good fit.
