Position Summary

The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow of all projects across the Marketing department. This position maintains, optimizes, and aims to improve upon internal processes to ensure projects meet established deadlines, production procedures, quality standards, and budget requirements. Serving as the gateway for incoming projects, the Marketing Production Specialist partners with a variety of teams – Product Marketing, Web & Digital, Organizational Communications, Community Engagement and Creative Production as well as external vendors to support efficient routing, production, and on-time delivery. This role also maintains the traffic project management system and keeps stakeholders informed of project status updates.Job Description -------------------

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and support the project management system to ensure accurate tracking, workflow consistency, and enforcing process adherence
• Effective time and project management, including the ability to track 100+ active projects and manage the logistics of all projects being completed on time
