As the Marketing Manager of BwB Canada, you will lead the Canadian market launch for Bears with Benefits. This role requires direct experience operating in the Canadian consumer market. Candidates without North American market experience will not be considered. Reporting to the General Manager of North America, you will own the acquisition and retention strategy, shaping the brand's positioning and driving performance across all digital channels.

You will work closely day-to-day with the Business Strategy & Operations Associate North America, together building the Canadian branch from the ground up.

*Key Responsibilites*

• Launch and manage the Canadian website (FR & EN): content adaptation, conversion optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the digital growth strategy: Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
