About Two J's

Two J's is an independent retail brand that's growing quickly and building something different.

We're looking for a motivated, organized Marketing Coordinator to help execute our marketing initiatives. This isn't a role where you'll be expected to reinvent our brand or build an entire marketing strategy from scratch.

Instead, you'll work directly with ownership to turn ideas into reality by coordinating projects, organizing campaigns, managing vendors, and making sure our marketing efforts actually get done.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone early in their marketing career who wants real-world experience and the opportunity to grow with a business.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for helping execute our marketing efforts across both digital and physical channels.

Responsibilities include

• Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion.
• Work with printers and promotional vendors to produce marketing materials.
• Obtain quotes and manage relationships with print shops and suppliers.
• Coordinate the distribution of flyers, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
• Research local events, festivals, markets, and sponsorship opportunities that align with our target customers.
• Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses and organizations.
• Maintain a marketing calendar of upcoming promotions and community events.
• Assist with in-store promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots as needed.
• Help organize promotional giveaways and contests.
• Communicate with outside vendors to keep projects moving.
• Track project deadlines and ensure marketing materials are delivered on time.
