Marketing & Digital Content Manager

Job Summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing & Digital Content Manager to lead the organization’s digital storytelling and online engagement efforts. This role is responsible for developing compelling content across social media platforms, managing digital communications, growing brand awareness, and supporting organizational marketing initiatives that elevate the mission and impact of the Club.

The ideal candidate is a strong content creator, skilled communicator, and innovative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about youth development and community impact. This individual will also play a key role in mentoring teens participating in the Club’s Work-Based Learning Marketing Track, helping students gain hands-on experience through real-world marketing and communications projects.

This is a salaried position reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Events.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Content

· Lead daily social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels

· Develop engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that reflects the mission, programs, events, and impact of the organization

· Launch, manage, and scale new digital platforms and content strategies, including TikTok and short-form video storytelling

· Monitor trends, analytics, and platform performance to optimize reach, engagement, and audience growth

· Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital platforms

Community Engagement & Communications

· Manage and grow online community engagement through audience interaction, comments, direct messages, and community-driven campaigns
