Purpose of Role

This role is equal parts strategist, operator, analyst, and storyteller. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager role is responsible for leading Consuela’s customer acquisition ecosystem across paid, earned, and organic channels with a focus on driving new-to-brand customer growth. This individual contributor role owns the development of insight-driven acquisition strategies designed to expand awareness, deepen audience engagement, and deliver measurable business impact across our omnichannel business.

The ideal candidate is deeply curious about consumer behavior and energized by identifying opportunities to reach new audiences in thoughtful, creative, and performance-driven ways.
