Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-focused Virtual Assistant to manage all aspects of influencer and UGC (User-Generated Content) creator partnerships across Reverie Hospitality's portfolio of luxury properties. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand and the creators who amplify our reach—finding the right collaborators, communicating briefs clearly, ensuring quality deliverables, and nurturing ongoing relationships with both influencers and our internal leadership team.

*This is not a content creation role; you'll focus entirely on partnership management, communications, and logistics.*

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Sourcing

  • Identify and research potential influencers and UGC creators aligned with Reverie's brand (lifestyle, luxury, events, hospitality niches)
  • Evaluate creator audiences, engagement rates, and brand fit before outreach
  • Build and maintain a database of active and potential collaborators for all six properties
  • Monitor creator landscape for emerging talent in relevant categories

Creator Communications & Outreach

  • Craft and send professional outreach emails to potential collaborators
  • Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and deliverables
  • Respond promptly to inbound creator inquiries and collaboration requests
  • Maintain professional, warm communication tone across all channels (email, DM, etc.)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all active creator partnerships

Content Brief Development & Management

  • Create clear, detailed content briefs for each collaboration (deliverables, specs, messaging, timelines, etc.)
  • Organize and distribute briefs to creators with all necessary assets, brand guidelines, and property information
  • Track delivery deadlines and follow up with creators as needed
  • Maintain organized records of all briefs and agreements

Quality Assurance & Content Review

  • Review all delivered content (photos, videos, captions, posts) against brief requirements
  • Flag unusable or off-brand content and communicate feedback to creators professionally
  • Coordinate revisions or re-shoots when necessary
  • Ensure all content meets Reverie's brand standards and technical specs (dimensions, format, etc.)
  • Organize approved content for handoff to marketing/design teams

Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage ongoing relationships with repeat collaborators and top-performing creators
  • Coordinate stays/accommodations for creators at our properties
  • Handle influencer invoicing, contracts, and payment coordination
  • Communicate partnership updates and performance metrics to internal stakeholders (GMs, leadership)
  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with General Managers at each property regarding influencer visits and collaborations
  • Liaise with design/marketing teams on content asset needs and creator deliverables
  • Communicate campaign timelines and expectations to all relevant departments
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets/systems for tracking all active and past partnerships

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer relations, creator outreach, or social media partnership management (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
  • Excellent written communication skills—professional, warm, and persuasive
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
  • Comfort with email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/project management tools
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other creator platforms (understanding creator culture and metrics)
  • Ability to research and identify creator audiences (analyzing follower counts, engagement rates, demographics)
  • Detail-oriented; ability to catch brand inconsistencies and content quality issues
  • Self-directed; able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Genuine interest in influencer marketing and creator partnerships

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Loomly, Meta Business Suite, or similar creator management tools
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality, events, or wedding industry
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts or properties
  • Basic understanding of video/photography specs and file formats
  • Experience with contract negotiation or vendor management

  • High response rate and strong relationships with creators and internal stakeholders
  • All delivered creator content meets brand standards and deliverable requirements
  • Clear documentation and tracking of all partnerships, timelines, and ROI
  • Smooth coordination between creators, GMs, and marketing team
  • Proactive identification of partnership opportunities aligned with seasonal campaigns

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
