Loving Arms Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospice Marketer to support growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a proven background in hospice sales and an established network of healthcare referral sources.
The Hospice Marketer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and other community providers. This individual will play a key role in increasing patient census by educating referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and the compassionate care provided by Loving Arms Hospice.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, knowledgeable in hospice regulations and compliance, and passionate about connecting patients and families with high-quality end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and other referral sources.
- Promote hospice services and educate referral partners on eligibility criteria and benefits of hospice care.
- Drive patient census growth through consistent field marketing and referral development activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and the hospice agency to ensure smooth referral and admission processes.
- Conduct in-services, presentations, and community outreach to increase awareness of Loving Arms Hospice services.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, intake, and leadership teams to support timely admissions.
- Track, document, and report all marketing and sales activities in accordance with company and compliance standards.
- Plan and manage weekly territory routes to maximize efficiency and referral coverage.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, hospice regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Established relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, outpatient facilities, physician practices, and other referral sources.
- Demonstrated history of successfully increasing hospice census.
- Proven experience in hospice sales, marketing, or business development.
