This role is a unique hybrid: you will be the driving force behind REDSHIFT’s internal growth (getting us new clients) while simultaneously architecting and executing high-performing marketing campaigns for our client roster.

Crucially, you know how to work smart. You leverage AI tools as a superpower to automate the mundane, supercharge your content creation, and move 10x faster than a traditional marketer.

Your Mission1. Campaign Blueprinting & Execution

• Audience Architecture: Deep-dive into data to identify, segment, and target the exact right audiences for both REDSHIFT and our clients.
• Full-Funnel Execution: Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Content Ideation: Brainstorm and execute fresh, platform-specific content ideas (hooks, ad angles, landing page copy) that cut through the noise.

2. Internal & Client Growth (The "Both")

• REDSHIFT’s Inbound Engine: Own our agency's lead-generation. Turn REDSHIFT into a magnet for high-value clients through organic content, email nurturing, and targeted ads.
• Client Success: Take client briefs and turn them into profitable realities. You’ll handle the setup, the optimization, and the reporting dashboards.

3. AI Integration & Efficiency

• Scale with AI: Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or automation workflows via Zapier) to brainstorm content, draft copy variation, streamline research, and save time/budget.
• Process Optimization: Constantly look for ways to integrate AI into our workflow to elevate the quality of our output while keeping us lean and agile.
