Position Overview

AlphaPoint has set up an AI Lab to rapidly prototype and develop AI-focused applications. We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and performance-driven Growth Marketer to help promote and develop marketing strategies for the lab’s prototypes and products. You will design, launch, and scale creative campaigns across both digital and non-digital channels; test and refine growth hypotheses; and use data and intuition to drive user and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and has a proven track record of driving rapid user and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the strategy, execution, and iteration of innovative and scalable growth programs across known and emerging channels. * Identify and execute new growth opportunities (partnerships, influencer campaigns, referral programs, etc.). * Explore and experiment with emerging platforms, communities, and distribution channels such as Reddit, Discord, YouTube, events, and out-of-home to reach new audiences. * Design, run, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging. * Build dashboards, track core growth metrics, interpret performance data, and turn insights into action to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. * Collaborate within AI Labs product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement and retention. * Stay ahead...
