Email Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this full-time, 100% remote role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our email campaigns, bridging the gap between our high-level marketing strategy and our active sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally and build key partnerships with the sales team to ensure all email cadences seamlessly align with outreach and sales initiatives. This position offers a standard full-time schedule with no regular travel requirements, making it ideal for a self-motivated digital marketer who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment.Key Responsibilities: -------------------------

• Campaign Execution: Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns.
• Sales Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences that align marketing efforts with sales outreach.
• Database Management: Oversee database health by performing monthly updates, segmenting lists accurately, and routinely cleaning contact data to maximize deliverability.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights that support the sales pipeline and drive continuous campaign improvement.
• Automations & Lifecycles: Set up and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome series, nurture flows, and re-engagement campaigns.
