Drumore Estate is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. This position will play a key role in advancing the continued growth of our award-winning estate by leading sales strategy, marketing initiatives, brand development, and business development efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop, refine, and manage a best-in-class sales process from initial inquiry through booked event.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Oversee lead management to ensure timely communication, exceptional client experiences, and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct venue tours and consult with prospective clients to help them envision their event at Drumore Estate.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Collaborate with ownership on pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee website content, social media strategy, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and brand consistency.
• Build and strengthen relationships with wedding professionals, corporate clients, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports that support informed business decisions.
