Job Description

About Triadex

Triadex is a data-driven, AI-enabled marketing company that helps multi-location brands acquire, retain, and grow customers. We pair direct mail with a full suite of digital marketing services and back both with proprietary data, analytics, and attribution, so our clients can turn marketing spend into measurable local growth, location by location. For more than twenty years we have done this for national and regional brands across industries such as restaurants, retail, automotive, and home services, along with other multi-location and franchise sectors.

We are a founder-led, full-service agency with a long operating history and a modern delivery model that pairs automation with senior human strategy. Our teams plan, build, and measure campaigns across direct mail, paid search, paid social, programmatic and connected-TV, local search, content, and online reputation, all unified by clean data and clear Digital reporting.

The Home Services Division

This role sits within Triadex Home Services Agency Solutions, our dedicated home services line of business. Triadex Home Services Agency Solutions brings the full Triadex platform to the home services economy and serves it at every level of the channel, from national OEMs and distributors to local dealers, franchises, and chains.

We sell and serve top-down. Much of our work is national-to-local execution, turning OEM co-op dollars, distributor marketing funds, and franchise co-op and MDF budgets into brand-compliant campaigns that drive measurable sell-through at the local level. Whether an account is one location or several hundred, the goal stays the same. We deliver consistent, accountable local marketing solutions.

We work across the home services verticals, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration and remediation, cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping, carpet cleaning, remodeling and painting, water treatment, and pressure washing. The division is in a deliberate growth phase, expanding our work with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and franchise and chain brands across the country, and this role sits at the center of that expansion.

Why This Role Exists

As the home services line of business grows, we are adding a full-time, in-house digital marketer who owns outcomes end to end. This is not a single-channel specialist seat. We want a well-rounded, full-stack digital marketer who can stand up and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, and local channels, produce and publish content, build and trust their own tracking, and use modern AI tooling to do the work of a small team.

You will primarily launch and optimize campaigns and own performance for a book of client accounts. You will also be client-facing when it counts, acting as the subject-matter expert who reviews reporting, makes recommendations, and supports our sales team and SDRs in front of clients across the home services channel alongside the CMO and other executives. The balance of the role leans heavily toward building and improving campaigns, not managing meetings.

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)Paid Search, Paid Social & Programmatic

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads (including Local Services Ads where relevant for home services lead gen) and Microsoft Ads.
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with working knowledge of other relevant B2C channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) as needed.
  • Launch and manage programmatic display and Connected TV/OTT campaigns through DSPs such as Simpli.fi.
  • Own day-to-day optimization: budget pacing, bid strategy, audience and geo targeting, creative testing, negative keywords, and quality/relevance improvements.
  • Monitor and improve the metrics that matter for local lead gen, such as cost per lead (CPL), lead volume and quality, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

SEO, GEO & AEO

  • Execute on-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, site structure, and Core Web Vitals awareness.
  • Implement and validate schema/structured data markup (e.g., LocalBusiness, Organization, FAQPage, HowTo, Review) using JSON-LD.
  • Optimize for AI search (GEO/AEO): structure content so AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) can cite it, using direct-answer-first formatting, clear heading hierarchies, entity consistency, evidence-backed claims, llms.txt files, and making sure AI crawlers are not blocked at robots.txt or the CDN.
  • Build authority through ethical backlink and citation building, digital PR angles, and original/data-driven content.
  • Track AI visibility: monitor brand mentions and citations in AI answers and report on AI-referred traffic as a distinct channel, not just classic rankings.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

  • Own Google Business Profile (GBP): claim, optimize, and actively manage our automation platform that manages profiles across categories, services, posts, photos, Q&A, and review responses, and understand why GBP is the single highest-leverage asset for a local service business.
  • Manage local citations and NAP consistency at scale across directories, including for multi-location and franchise accounts.
  • Support reputation and review-velocity programs and translate local visibility into booked jobs.

Content Marketing & Copy

  • Produce blog content end to end: research and draft with AI and custom GPTs, then copyedit to a publishable standard, then publish to the client’s CMS.
  • Write strong retail, promotional, and offer-driven messaging for ads, landing pages, and local campaigns.
  • Maintain brand voice and ensure brand compliance, which is especially important for OEM, distributor, and franchise co-op and MDF-funded work.

Websites & CMS

  • Manage WordPress websites confidently, including content updates, on-page SEO, landing pages, plugins, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to build sites is a strong plus.
  • Work comfortably across other popular CMS platforms to support client SEO/GEO/AEO and content needs. (We use WordPress and vibe-coded sites.)

Measurement, Tracking & Attribution

  • Set up and maintain GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Conduct keyword and demand research using Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and/or SEMrush.
  • Implement pixels, conversion events, and event-based tracking; configure and validate server-side conversions via Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Google’s conversion/Enhanced Conversions APIs.
  • Integrate call tracking (e.g., CallRail or similar) and tie phone leads to campaigns.
  • Build and interpret basic attribution and conversion reporting, and turn it into clear recommendations.

AI, Automation & “Vibe Coding”

  • AI fluency is a core requirement, not a perk: use Claude and ChatGPT (and custom GPTs/Projects) daily to research, draft, analyze, build, and ship faster, with strong prompting skill and sound judgment about quality and accuracy.
  • Vibe coding (nice to have): build or modify lightweight tools, landing pages, and sites using Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, Replit, or similar.
  • Marketing automation (nice to have): wire up lead delivery, notifications, and routine workflows with Zapier, Make.com, or n8n. Any CDP or lifecycle experience is a plus.

Client-Facing & Sales Support (SME)

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in pre-sale and account conversations: review reporting, surface opportunities, and make recommendations to clients and to the sales team / SDRs.
  • Support audits and right-sized recommendations for prospects across the channel, from local dealers, contractors, and franchisees up to distributors, OEMs, and franchise and chain headquarters, alongside the CMO and executives.
  • Own Digital for your assigned accounts: results, not just tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive, hands-on digital marketing experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency across paid search and paid social (Google Ads and Meta Ads at minimum).
  • Working experience with SEO and local SEO, including direct Google Business Profile optimization and management.
  • Practical understanding of GEO/AEO and how to structure content and sites to earn visibility in AI-driven search.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, GTM, and Google Keyword Planner; able to set up pixels, conversion events, and tracking independently.
  • Programmatic/DSP experience (e.g., Simpli.fi) and Connected TV/OTT.
  • Ability to build websites (not just manage them); familiarity with vibe-coded sites.
  • Ability to produce ads and TV/CTV spots using AI tools, Canva, and other modern creative tools (e.g., AI video tools such as Synthesia or HeyGen).
  • Familiarity with AI-visibility / LLM-monitoring tools (e.g., Profound, Scrunch, Semrush AI toolkit)
  • Experience configuring server-side conversions via Meta CAPI and Google’s conversion API.
  • Strong content and copyediting skills, including retail/promotional messaging.
  • Demonstrated daily use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) and custom GPTs to increase output and quality, with strong prompting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize across them.
  • Comfortable being client-facing as an SME while keeping the majority of time on building and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Home services B2C marketing experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, etc.). This is strictly a B2C marketing role.
  • Experience with channel, co-op, and MDF-funded ad programs, group programs, and national-to-local / multi-location campaign execution at scale.
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, franchisors, multi-unit operators, or franchise brands.
  • Vibe coding with Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, or similar.
  • Automation with Zapier, Make.com, or n8n for lead delivery and notifications.
  • Lifecycle marketing experience with CDPs and/or marketing automation in a popular CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with home services FSM platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar.

What Success Looks Like - First 30 Days

  • Ramp on our accounts, stack, and reporting; take ownership of GBP, tracking, and live campaigns for an initial book of accounts.
  • Audit tracking integrity (GA4/GTM/CAPI/conversion events) and fix gaps.

60 to 90 Days

  • Demonstrate measurable CPL and/or conversion improvements on assigned accounts.
  • Ship content and local-SEO/GEO improvements that move visibility and lead flow.
  • Confidently support sales/SDR conversations as an SME.

Ongoing

  • Own performance for your accounts with accurate forecasting and clear, proactive recommendations.
  • Efficiently manage a multi-account, multi-channel workload using AI and automation to scale your output.
  • Deliver brand-compliant, co-op/MDF-eligible work for channel and franchise programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary in the range of $55,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to client outcomes and retention.
  • Full-time W-2 employment.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company contributions.
  • Paid vacation and paid time off (PTO).
  • Fully remote, with growth opportunities as the agency scales.
