Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email, and content management systems.
  • Manage SEO campaigns utilizing SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Optimize website performance through conversion rate optimization techniques, A/B testing, and analytics insights.
  • Create engaging content for various channels including blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages using copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and refine marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless content management via WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement in B2B or B2C contexts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, and emerging tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for advanced data analysis or website customization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, and social media management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite), and video editing is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, Claude Code, Wordpress, CSS, JavaScript, GoHighLevel SQL for website optimization or custom integrations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative digital solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field preferred; relevant certifications in SEO or Google Ads are advantageous. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
