Digital Marketing & Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional who can increase student enrollment and grow our brand within the Irvine and Orange County communities.

This position is ideal for someone who has successfully marketed children's enrichment programs, education businesses, or local service businesses and enjoys creating engaging content while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop engaging Instagram Reels, posts, and stories.
• Create content for RedNote (Xiaohongshu/Little Red Book) and WeChat to reach the Chinese-speaking community.
• Produce bilingual marketing content (English and Mandarin preferred).
• Photograph and film classes, student artwork, events, and camps.
• Manage Google Business Profile and improve local SEO.
• Assist with website updates and email marketing.
• Build relationships with local schools, parent groups, and community organizations.
• Monitor advertising performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations.
• Help develop marketing strategies to increase enrollment in weekly classes, portfolio programs, workshops, and summer camps.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Experience with Google Ads
• Strong social media marketing experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience creating short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Ability to analyze advertising performance and improve results

Preferred

• Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing
• Experience marketing to the Chinese community
• Experience using RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat
• Experience with children's education, art schools, tutoring centers, music schools, dance studios, camps, or enrichment programs
• Photography and videography skills
• SEO and Google Business Profile experience
