Digital Solutions Team | Marketing & Communications | UVA Health

UVA Health is seeking a Delivery Lead to support the delivery of digital experiences that power the health system’s digital patient experience. This role combines the servant leadership of a Scrum Master with the delivery accountability of a Project Manager.

The Delivery Lead will partner with Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, developers, content strategists, digital marketers, HIT, and external vendors to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.

This role is responsible for maintaining delivery discipline, facilitating Agile ceremonies, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear communication to stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative leader who is comfortable balancing Agile coaching with hands-on project management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. About the Digital Solutions Team
