Automation & CRM Integration Specialist (Monday.com, Zapier, Constant Contact, SalesGod CRM)Contract Position | Remote
SoFi Local is seeking an experienced Automation & CRM Integration Specialist to build, optimize, and manage lead nurturing, retargeting, and CRM automation workflows across Monday.com, Zapier, Constant Contact, and SalesGod CRM.
The ideal candidate has experience designing scalable marketing and sales automation systems that improve lead conversion, automate follow-up communications, and streamline customer lifecycle management.
ResponsibilitiesMonday.com Workflow Development
- Design and optimize lead management workflows within Monday.com.
- Create and maintain the following board structure:
- Campaigns / New Leads
- Hot Leads
- Deals
- DNC (Do Not Contact)
- Retarget
- Configure automation rules for lead movement between boards.
- Ensure all Property Radar data transfers seamlessly between stages, including:
- Contact information
- Property details
- Lender information
- Additional lead attributes
Constant Contact Automation
- Build automated email drip campaigns for:
- New leads
- Existing prospects
- Retarget campaigns
- Configure automated follow-up sequences based on lead status.
- Develop trigger-based email workflows tied to Monday.com board activity.
- Support campaign segmentation and audience management.
SalesGod CRM Automation
- Configure text message drip campaigns.
- Coordinate text outreach sequences with Constant Contact email campaigns.
- Implement automated retargeting workflows for inactive leads.
- Ensure communications remain synchronized across platforms.
Lead Retargeting System
- Develop a workflow that:
- Automatically enrolls new contacts into email campaigns.
- Moves engaged prospects into the Deal Board.
- Monitors Deal Board activity and deadlines.
- Automatically transfers inactive prospects to Retarget campaigns after predefined timeframes.
- Build automation around document collection and lead progression.
Deal Board Automation
Configure automated communications based on required milestones
Stips (Required Documents)
- If status is marked "No":
- Trigger automated follow-up emails every 2 days.
- Stop communication once status changes to "Yes."
- Automatically move leads to Retarget after 14 days if unresolved.

- Trigger daily follow-up emails.

Zapier Development
- Build and maintain integrations between:
- Monday.com
- Constant Contact
- SalesGod CRM
- Dash Notify
- Esendex
- Migrate existing automation workflows from Make.com to Zapier where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong experience with Zapier automation development.
- Advanced knowledge of Monday.com workflows and automations.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Constant Contact.
- CRM automation and lead nurturing experience.
- Ability to document workflows and recommend process improvements.
Preferred
- Experience with SalesGod CRM.
- Experience with Dash Notify and Esendex integrations.
- Previous work building lead-generation and retargeting systems.
- Experience migrating workflows from Make.com to Zapier.
