Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including paid search marketing (SEM), social media advertising campaigns, and email marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices through keyword research and SEO tool.
  • Bring more tax clients.
  • Utilize SEO tools and Google Analytics to monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and generate detailed web analytics reporting to inform ongoing campaign adjustments.
  • Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter; create engaging content and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost audience engagement.
  • Oversee website management tasks including website updates, HTML/CSS modifications, and troubleshooting using JavaScript or SQL where necessary for performance improvements.
  • Conduct conversion optimization activities by analyzing user journeys, testing landing pages, and implementing improvements to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives, integrating tools like Google Tag Manager for tracking purposes and ensuring seamless campaign setup across digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong technical proficiency with website management tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywriting for various digital formats, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and content management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute social media management strategies and social media advertising campaigns effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEM strategies, keyword research techniques, conversion optimization tactics, and web analytics reporting methods.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
