Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a strategic, growth-oriented executive responsible for shaping and executing TRG’s marketing vision to drive revenue growth, brand strength, customer engagement, and market differentiation.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will lead and modernize the marketing function through a data-driven, digitally enabled strategy aligned closely with sales, operations, technology, and HR. This role will play a critical part in accelerating growth, strengthening customer and employee engagement, and elevating TRG’s market presence across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

### Marketing Strategy, Brand & Communications

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned with TRG’s growth and value creation objectives
• Strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and consistency across all internal and external channels
• Develop and market a differentiated value proposition to agents, partners, and customers that clearly communicates TRG’s competitive advantages and service model
• Elevate TRG’s industry presence and thought leadership through strategic content, executive positioning, speaking engagements, media opportunities, industry events, blogs, interviews, and publications
• Oversee corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, media strategy, and thought leadership initiatives
