Position Overview

RMBI is seeking a motivated and driven Healthcare Marketing Intern to support business growth through community outreach, relationship building, and strategic marketing initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare, behavioral health, and business development who also have a strong interest in sales and community impact.

This is not a passive or purely administrative internship—this role requires confidence in outreach, communication, and conversion of leads into active referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to community partners, healthcare providers, schools, and local organizations
• Build and maintain referral relationships to support patient growth
• Represent RMBI at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives
• Assist with marketing strategies including social media, digital presence, and brand awareness
• Educate community stakeholders on RMBI services and behavioral health resources
• Track outreach efforts, leads, and conversion outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and expansion initiatives

Compensation
