Marketing & Growth Intern (SaaS)

As a Marketing & Growth Intern at Iconic Tech, you'll play a key role in helping grow our software products from both the marketing and customer engagement side. You'll help create content that builds our online presence while also supporting outreach efforts that introduce businesses to our software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing, branding, business development, and working at a fast-growing SaaS startup.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for our software products
• Design graphics, flyers, and marketing materials
• Edit short-form videos for social media
• Help manage and grow our online presence
• Research industry trends and marketing opportunities
• Conduct outbound email campaigns and prospect outreach
• Schedule and participate in software demonstrations
• Present product demos to prospective clients after training
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing and growth initiatives
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, and outreach

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
