Social Media & Digital Content Intern

Part-Time Internship | Hybrid Role | Greensboro, North Carolina

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Digital Content Intern to support the marketing and communications efforts across multiple brands and business entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing, and wants hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects, creating engaging content, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms. This is a hybrid position based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with both remote and on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day management of social media accounts across multiple brands and platforms

· Help plan, organize, and maintain social media and content calendars

· Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms

· Update content on websites via WordPress

· Write captions, social copy, blogs, and marketing content aligned with each brand’s voice and goals

· Coordinate content scheduling and publishing through social media management platform StatusBrew

· Capture and edit photo and video content for social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns

· Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interaction across platforms

· Assist with analytics tracking and performance reporting, including identifying trends and engagement opportunities

· Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives

· Help maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

· Research social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital strategies
