Associate Director, Social Media

Culture moves fast, and the Tombras social media team moves faster. We work at the speed of culture to build obsessive fandoms around some of your favorite brands like Baskin-Robbins, Venmo, and Arby’s. We’re looking for an Associate Director of Social Media who can lead social strategy, drive cultural & consumer insights, and manage day-to-day social media efforts for select clients. This role reports to the VP of Social Media and will work closely with other departments and clients to create world-class social first campaigns rooted in data and insights.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategy, and analytical expertise to spearhead our client’s social efforts across all social channels, will serve as an internal leader within the social department, contribute to new business pitches, and will help grow and evolve our social media service lines at Tombras.
