Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to join our boutique affiliate marketing agency on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who has *previously managed affiliate programs* and is confident in partnership development, social media, and marketing support. Experience with platforms like Impact, Aspire, ShopMy, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar is strongly preferred.

*This role has the potential to evolve as our agency grows. Tasks may shift over time based on business needs. Looking for someone who can start part-time (Around ~10-20 hours a week) and eventually expand into a full-time position (~40 hours a week).*

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Partnership Management

• Recruit and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and brand collaborators
• Negotiate terms, track performance, and ensure timely commission payments
• Foster relationships with current and prospective partners
• Manage the affiliate platform and answer any partner questions

Client & Partner Communications

• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate and influencer inquiries
• Assist in campaign planning and communications
• Maintain strong, professional relationships

Contract Review & Negotiation

• Review affiliate/influencer contracts
• Negotiate deliverables, payment structures, and timelines

Campaign Planning & Support

• Collaborate on affiliate/influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Assist with execution and performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager is mandatory
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing preferred but not essential)
• Hands-on experience with Instagram marketing, influencer marketing
• Strong interest or background in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships
• Proficient in Canva, Shopify, and affiliate platforms like ShareASale, Impact, Aspire, Refersion etc...
• Design-savvy with an eye for engaging content

• Availability between 9am–5pm EST is required
• We are a remote team.
