Key Responsibilities

*Brand & Growth Leadership*

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies across SFD and Sorted.
  • Lead brand positioning, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Drive omnichannel campaigns spanning retail, ecommerce, social, creator/influencer partnerships, events, digital media, and experiential activations.
  • Build scalable growth strategies that connect physical products, retail experiences, and digital engagement ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support retailer engagement, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize consumer insights, analytics, and market trends to optimize campaign effectiveness and business growth.

*Sorted Strategy & Digital Ecosystem Development*

  • Serve as a strategic leader supporting the continued growth and expansion of the Sorted platform and app ecosystem.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams to drive user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.
  • Help shape the long-term business strategy and scalability of Sorted, including community development, loyalty initiatives, partnerships, and digital expansion opportunities.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate physical and digital experiences that strengthen consumer engagement and recurring platform usage.

*Brand & Consumer Engagement*

  • Lead integrated brand and consumer engagement strategies that strengthen awareness and loyalty across SFD-supported brands and initiatives.
  • Oversee content strategy, social media, creator/influencer partnerships, experiential activations, events, and community engagement efforts.
  • Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives that connect retail experiences, fandom engagement, and digital consumer behavior.
  • Support the continued development of scalable brand storytelling and consumer-facing marketing capabilities across the organization.

*Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership*

  • Partner across Product, Sales, Operations, Creative, and Executive Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budget management, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Build and manage external agency, creator, licensing, and strategic partner relationships.
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and operational discipline across the organization.

*Team Leadership*

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, agility, and execution excellence.
  • Serve as a collaborative and influential leader across multiple business units and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing, brand, growth, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience within gaming, collectibles, consumer products, entertainment, licensing, retail, ecommerce, technology, or adjacent enthusiast-driven industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building brands, scaling consumer engagement, and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, community building, lifecycle marketing, creator ecosystems, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams on digital platforms or app ecosystems preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • P&L ownership or strong business operations exposure is a plus.
