Duties
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media scheduling using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and campaign timing.
- Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics to track audience sentiment, campaign performance, and emerging trends.
- Support in implementing Facebook Advertising campaigns by researching keywords, audience targeting, and ad performance metrics.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, content calendars, and promotional campaigns for e-commerce platforms or events.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and digital marketing strategies including social media marketing and public relations.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content—photos, videos, and graphics—and edit videos using basic video editing software.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content that aligns with branding guidelines.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integration is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills to interact effectively with team members and online audiences.
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per week
