• Manage social media scheduling using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and campaign timing.
• Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics to track audience sentiment, campaign performance, and emerging trends.
• Support in implementing Facebook Advertising campaigns by researching keywords, audience targeting, and ad performance metrics.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster positive relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, content calendars, and promotional campaigns for e-commerce platforms or events.
