Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Ecommerce Growth Manager to lead the growth strategy for our Patio Division and drive profitable online revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall ecommerce performance.

Working at the intersection of Marketing, UX, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics, this individual will identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to improve key performance metrics, including AOV, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a passion for turning insights into action, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: ECommerce Strategy, Growth & P&L Ownership

* Lead the overall performance of the e-commerce business, taking full ownership of key growth metrics including revenue, conversion rate, website traffic, average order value, and customer lifetime value. * Develop and execute short and long-term digital strategies spanning multiple brands, using analytics and performance data to establish clear priorities and measurable business objectives across every website and marketing campaign. * Operate with a General Manager mindset by closely monitoring daily business performance, proactively identifying emerging opportunities and risks, and making timely decisions that maximize growth and profitability. * Foster a culture of ongoing optimization by leveraging A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and continuous experimentation to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site perf...
