### Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Client Growth Manager to own the success, retention, and expansion of our most valuable customer relationships.

This is more than a traditional Customer Success role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them maximize the value of our services while proactively addressing challenges before they become problems. You'll also play a leadership role by mentoring Customer Success team members, refining retention strategies, and helping build scalable processes that improve customer outcomes across the organization.

### Compensation & Benefits

  • $96,000 Base
  • Monthly performance incentive of $4,000
  • On-Target Earnings based on $4k incentive: $144,000 annually

### What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic and high-value customer accounts.
  • Build individualized account strategies that improve customer outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Identify potential churn risks early and develop action plans that increase customer retention.
  • Lead conversations with executive stakeholders to ensure continued alignment and value realization.
  • Resolve complex customer concerns and act as the escalation point for sensitive client situations.
  • Discover opportunities to increase account value through additional products, services, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Coach Customer Success Managers on communication, negotiation, account strategy, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Evaluate retention trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to recommend improvements across the customer lifecycle.
  • Track key performance indicators including customer health, retention rates, expansion revenue, and overall client satisfaction while providing regular business updates to leadership.

### What We're Looking For

  • Five or more years of experience in Customer Success, Client Management, Account Management, Customer Retention, or consultative Sales.
  • Demonstrated success retaining clients while expanding existing business relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with executive-level decision makers and strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to mentor, develop, and elevate customer-facing professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using customer metrics and KPIs to drive business decisions.
  • Comfortable working within CRM platforms and customer success technologies.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with Real Estate Investors or within the real estate investing industry is strongly preferred.
