Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations - Product Information Management (PIM)

We are seeking a Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations - Product Information Management (PIM) to help drive efficient, scalable marketing execution through platform management, workflow optimization, and analytics support.

In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the marketing technology ecosystem, administering critical platforms including our Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. You will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the development of innovative AI-driven workflows that improve how marketing teams work. This role is remote or hybrid, based out of our Niles, IL location Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary administrator for DAM and PIM systems, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets, ensuring metadata accuracy, global consistency, and adherence to governance, usage rights, and data retention standards. * Maintain taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and data integrity across systems, while troubleshooting system issues, user queries, and data discrepancies in a timely manner. * Support role-based access management aligned with Least Privilege Access standards and ensure appropriate governance controls are in place. * Partner with content, product, regional, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs and workflows, while performing change management activities and identifying opportunities to optimise system usage, enable new features, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency following Agile methodology. * Support the implementation of agentic/AI-driven workflows within marketing processes, assisting in defining, testing, and refining automated workflows to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy. * Collaborate with IT, legal, and marketing teams to integrate AI tools into ex...
