Sr Manager, Performance Marketing - US Based Remote

Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, Performance Marketer leads a performance-driven engine focused on pipeline and revenue growth for owned channels. This role provides strategic leadership and fully owns the strategy and execution of programs that convert existing lead, customer, and agent audiences into incremental transactions across title, escrow, and insurance products. Partner closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline velocity, cross-sell penetration, and revenue generation through CRM programs, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and sales activation initiatives.

This role is highly analytical and performance-driven, ensuring marketing investments deliver tangible business outcomes and a measurable increase in revenue. Your ability to drive campaign excellence, introduce new growth levers, and will be critical to advancing our market position and delivering measurable success.

Own the Demand

Strategy & Planning:

* Build a strategy to leverage the organization’s existing client-facing channels to drive marketing qualified leads and conversions. Build a deep understanding of the services, messaging, and channels that perform best at different stages of the home buying and selling process.

* Partner with the in-house creative team + Director of Brand & Digital Experience on campaign assets and messaging, providing strategic direction and driving iterative changes based on performance data and insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.

* Lead
