JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Senior Brand Manager to act as a business owner for several leading eye and ear care brands. This individual will bring a self-starting mindset, strong analytical discipline, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; can move seamlessly from insight to strategy to execution; and is energized by building brands through consumer insights, media effectiveness, innovation, and strong cross-functional leadership. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES: Brand plan development and P&L management - Develop brand plans that achieve company P&L targets, including advertising, promotions, research, innovation, and other brand-building initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive superior market results. General management capabilities, including forecasting, annual planning, and P&L ownership, are required. Program management and execution - Manage the day-to-day execution of brand programs, including timeline management, budget ownership, program analysis, and agency coordination.
