As Social Media Specialist, you will help shape how a growing global cybersecurity company tells its story across social media, YouTube, and its corporate blog. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing social channels, publishing across multiple platforms, and engaging with online communities. While a dedicated manager will own the overall social media strategy, you'll play a key role in bringing that strategy to life through day-to-day content execution, channel and community management. Working closely with editorial, communications, and marketing teams, you'll help ensure company stories are consistently published, optimized, and delivered across social media, YouTube, and the corporate blog as the organization continues to expand its digital presence. This role provides full benefits and is a remote role; however, preference is given to someone located in Austin, Texas, or in the other states in which we operate: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

• Execute the team's social media strategy developed by the Social Media & Content Manager.
• Manage day-to-day publishing across the company's social media channels and respond to the community.
• Create and publish social media content using Sprinklr, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Manage the publishing process to ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
