About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and trend-aware Social Media Specialist to lead The CE Shop’s organic social media presence. In this role, you will serve as the business owner for organic social strategy, exercising independent judgment to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals, brand strategy, and business priorities.

You will oversee and direct external agency partners and collaborate cross-functionally to translate integrated marketing plans into effective, platform-specific social strategies. This position plays a key role in influencing campaign performance by delivering insights, identifying opportunities, and recommending strategic adjustments based on data and market trends.

What You’ll Do

Social Strategy & Agency Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of accountability between The CE Shop and our external social media agency, exercising independent judgment to ensure the organic content strategy and calendar are aligned with integrated marketing plans and business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to agency partners and internal teams on content themes, messaging priorities, and platform-specific execution.
