DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute Beddy's social media strategy. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand awareness, and driving business results across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, manages multiple projects effectively, and stays current on social media trends and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, capture, edit, schedule, and publish engaging photo and video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Brainstorm and execute creative social campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
• Grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement across all social media channels.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
