Social Media Assistant/Events Barista

The Role

We’re seeking a reliable, professional team member who can manage both the coffee service and create content for our cart. This role blends barista work with content creation— ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish while representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. In addition, this person will be responsible for overseeing the company van to ensure it remains in safe, working condition.

What You’ll Do

Event Operations

• Drive the van to and from events (valid license required).
• Safely load/unload and set up the espresso cart and equipment.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Break down and clean the cart/equipment after events.

Social Media

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailored to each platform's audience and style.
• Brand Voice: Maintain Green Kettle Coffee's brand voice and aesthetic in all content.
• Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities to showcase the shop’s personality and offerings.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to create and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal content, and special event marketing.

Other Duties

* Assist with inventory tracking and reporting supply needs.
