Job Summary

Independence Pet Holdings

is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to serve as a centralized performance marketing leader across its portfolio of pet insurance brands. Operating within a shared-services model, this role provides strategic guidance, performance expertise, and growth recommendations that help brands maximize customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.

This individual will partner closely with Brand, Aggregator, Analytics, and Commercial leadership teams to evaluate performance, diagnose opportunities, influence investment decisions, and shape acquisition strategy across search, social, aggregator/affiliate, and emerging digital channels. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a portfolio-level perspective that balances the needs of individual brands with enterprise growth objectives.
