Kinetic Arm is redefining arm performance, protection, and recovery through patented technology trusted by professional athletes, collegiate programs, sports medicine professionals, and more than 100,000 athletes worldwide.
Our products are used across baseball, softball, football, golf, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, cricket, and other overhead sports—and we're just getting started.
Unlike traditional sports products, Kinetic Arm created an entirely new category of dynamic arm support.
That means we don't simply compete for market share—we're building the market.
As we continue expanding into new sports and international markets, we're looking for an experienced Google Search Growth Strategist who can help own and scale our entire Google ecosystem.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a traditional Google Ads position.
We're looking for someone who understands that Kinetic Arm cannot be marketed through a conventional ecommerce or sporting goods lens.
One of the biggest challenges—and greatest opportunities—of this role is helping Google understand what Kinetic Arm is.
Our technology doesn't fit neatly into existing product categories such as braces, compression sleeves, sporting goods, or medical devices. Success requires building Google's understanding of our category while capturing existing demand and creating new demand across multiple sports and audiences.
You'll help establish Kinetic Arm as the category leader by strategically building search visibility, optimizing Merchant Center, improving product feeds, expanding keyword ownership, identifying emerging opportunities, and creating scalable search strategies that continue to evolve as our business grows.

Position Overview
The Senior Google Search Growth Strategist owns Kinetic Arm's Google ecosystem and is responsible for scaling Google into one of the company's most profitable growth channels.
This role combines strategy, technical execution, analytics, and innovation to drive profitable growth across Search, Shopping, Merchant Center, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and future international expansion.
You'll work closely with executive leadership, brand, creative, SEO, CRO, and content teams to ensure Google's understanding of Kinetic Arm continues to strengthen as we expand into new sports and markets.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, optimizing, and scaling.

Merchant Center & Product Feed Management
Own the health and optimization of Merchant Center, including
- Merchant Center diagnostics
- Product visibility
- Product categorization
- Feed quality
- Feed rules
- GTIN management
- Product titles
- Product descriptions
- Supplemental feeds
- Feed optimization
- DataFeedWatch (or similar platforms)
- Shopping segmentation
- Product promotions

- Troubleshooting Merchant Center issues quickly and efficiently
Search Growth Strategy
Develop long-term search strategies that expand Kinetic Arm's visibility across current and future markets.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications include
- 5+ years of advanced Google Ads experience
- Proven success managing high-performing ecommerce accounts
- Advanced Merchant Center experience
- Strong Shopping feed optimization experience
- Experience with DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similar feed management platforms
- Advanced understanding of Performance Max
- Experience scaling significant advertising budgets profitably
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance and workflows
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, brand, SEO, CRO, and executive leadership
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality
