Sales Marketing Specialist

A Sorogi Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing strategies to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and engage customers and community effectively. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will

work with the Sorogi Chief Executive Officer and Director of Quality Assurance to ensure subscription goals are being met, community partnerships are being developed, and business alliances are established. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be required to but not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance Sorogi brand visibility
• Build and maintain community partnerships, within the local Washington, D.C. area, to foster brand trust and loyalty for all the Sorogi programs
• Establish employer & small business wellness alliances within the District, Maryland, and Virginia communities
• Create promotional materials and campaigns, including advertisements, emails, and digital content
• Develop and execute community events to promote all programs within Sorogi
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation, recognition, and brand loyalty
• Ability to generate prospects and acquire new sponsorships to support the Sorogi Foundation.

Qualifications for Sales & Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (Preferred)
• Minimum of two years of prior sales and marketing experiences (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage perspective business partners, community leaders, and team leaders effectively
• Ability to conduct in-person outreach across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, to develop and establish business and community partnerships
• Analytical abilities to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems to optimize campaigns and track performance
