Role Description

Rebellion Sports is looking for a hungry, high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth. This isn't just a desk job—it’s a role for a "closer" who loves the sports industry and wants to play a key part in building a brand. You will be the engine behind our new business development, ensuring every team we partner with receives top-tier gear and an effortless experience.

As a 1099 Contractor, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while being fully integrated into our mission to help teams win.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (70%)

• Outreach & Lead Gen: Manage Apollo auto-email sequences, conduct database searches, and execute cold/warm calls to build a robust pipeline.
• Social Selling: Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with new team prospects.
• The Design Process: Lead video meetings with coaches and team leads to facilitate the custom team design process.
• Account Management: Set up custom team stores and manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to provide additional value and products to our current partners.

Marketing & Brand Growth (30%)

• Social Content: Collaborate on social media posts and strategy to increase brand visibility.
