Sales & Marketing Manager

GWM Commercial Auto Glass | Macon, GA

GWM Commercial Auto Glass is a rapidly growing nationwide commercial fleet auto glass company specializing in windshield repair and replacement for semi-trucks, buses, cargo vans, and commercial fleets across the United States.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while leading and developing our growing sales organization. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet, a professional home office environment, and be available during our standard business hours.

We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building winning sales organizations.

This is NOT a manager who sits behind a desk reviewing reports.

We're looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, get in the trenches with the sales team every day, coach live sales calls, help close deals, build scalable sales systems, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Managers. Conduct daily sales huddles, one-on-one coaching sessions, and weekly performance reviews. Listen to sales calls, provide coaching, role-play objections, and improve close rates. Work directly with the sales team to help close high-value opportunities. Hold team members accountable to clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations. Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Sales Operations & Process Development

Build and document scalable sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Develop scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking systems. Optimize CRM workflows, sales pipelines, automation, and reporting. Continuously identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates. Ensure every lead is followed up with promptly and no opportunities fall through the cracks.

Business Development

Develop strategies to generate new national fleet customers. Identify new industries, markets, and revenue opportunities. Work directly with executive leadership on pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and growth initiatives. Build relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Assist in closing enterprise-level opportunities.

Marketing Leadership

Oversee marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads. Ensure sales and marketing are aligned toward common growth objectives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Help strengthen GWM's brand and market presence nationwide. Who We're Looking For

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience. Proven success managing and growing a sales team. Experience creating sales processes, SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems. Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience using CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a plus). Excellent English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months, you will have:

Built a high-performing, accountable sales culture. Implemented scalable sales systems and documented SOPs. Improved lead response times and follow-up consistency. Increased appointment-setting and sales conversion rates. Developed KPI dashboards that provide visibility into individual and team performance. Played a major role in significantly growing GWM's national customer base.
