About Us

We are a newly relocated licensed electrical contractor expanding from New York to Florida. Our focus is residential, commercial, and HOA/property management electrical services. We’re looking for a driven, social-media‑savvy Marketing & Business Development Specialist who can help us build brand presence, generate leads, and grow long-term partnerships in our new market.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a strong marketer and natural salesperson who knows how to use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms to generate business. You’ll be responsible for promoting our services, building relationships with local tradespeople, networking with HOAs and property managers, and driving new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing — Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and local community groups to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Lead Generation — Develop and execute campaigns that attract homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and property managers needing electrical services.
• Sales Outreach — Conduct direct outreach to local businesses, tradespeople, realtors, and community associations.
• Networking — Build relationships with plumbers, HVAC techs, general contractors, and other trades who may refer electrical work.
• HOA & Property Manager Engagement — Identify and connect with HOA boards, property management companies, and community associations to promote ongoing service contracts.
• Brand Development — Strengthen our presence in Florida through consistent messaging, local partnerships, and targeted marketing.
• Reporting & Strategy — Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within contracting, trades, or home services.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community‑based digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to create compelling content and manage social media campaigns.
• Experience generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
• Comfortable networking with contractors, HOAs, property managers, and local businesses.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general contracting businesses.
• Familiarity with Florida’s local business landscape, HOAs, and property management networks.
• Graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
