Social Media Manager

Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be local to South Florida and have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple social media accounts while supporting overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Monitor and respond to audience engagement, including comments, messages, and interactions

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, growth, and engagement

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Collaborate with the team to align content with client goals and marketing campaigns

Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met

Assist with creative ideas for reels, campaigns, captions, and branded content

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role

Must be local to South Florida

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content ideas

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or basic graphic design tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
