Smart Dwellings is a local home builder delivering high-quality, personalized homes across Sweetwater and Uinta Counties. As a small, dedicated team based in Southwest Wyoming, we've built over 200 homes right here where we live and work. We care about every family we build for, and as a team we strive to create a delightful home-building experience for our homeowners, our subcontractors, and each other. About This Role

This is a newly created position with a clear training plan in place for when you start. We need someone who is genuinely great at keeping things organized (bonus points for not getting frustrated with those who aren't), following through, and making sure nothing and nobody falls through the cracks. You should also be comfortable on camera and on the phone, or willing to get there with training.

You'll be the person who keeps our customer tracking systems updated, reaches out to potential customers, helps with sales and marketing initiatives, manages our social media, and generally has a good time with the sales and marketing team as our third member. Most of your work will eventually be remote, with a significant portion on the phone, but we really do need someone who is local. You'll occasionally need to come to an office or build site, keep our finished homes looking fantastic, and help with the very occasional customer event.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage incoming calls via RingCentral; route inquiries and follow up
• Enter every customer interaction into our CRM — keeping our pipeline clean and current
